* `%pteams_is_in_team%` - Returns true or false

* `%pteams_is_in_team_formatted%` - Returns `&aYes` or `&cNo`

* `%pteams_team%` or `%pteams_team_name%` - Returns the team name of the player, or N/A if not in one

* `%pteams_team_name_formatted%` - Returns the team color and team name, or N/A if not in one

* All placeholder results are configurable in the `language.yml` file.
